Sharon Giraudel has over 25 years of progressive experience within the financial services, consumer packaged goods and mining industries with global operations. She has a proven track record in driving culture through communication, engagement, systems and performance. Throughout her career, she has been recognized by peers, leaders, and employees as a trusted advisor.
Sharon has a Bachelor of Business Management with a specialization in Human Resources from Toronto Metropolitan University and a master’s degree of Continuing Education with a specialization in Leadership and Development from the University of Calgary. She also holds a Certified Human Resources Leader and Certified Scrum Master designation.
Prior to joining McEwen Inc., Sharon was self-employed as Principal of Minerva Human Resources Consulting. Sharon has also worked for publicly traded companies such as New Gold Inc., Vale Canada Ltd., Kraft Canada Ltd., and TD Bank.
