Exploration is a key component of the Fox Complex, which is located within the Abitibi Greenstone Belt—one of the world’s most prolific gold districts. Gold mineralization across the property occurs in multiple styles, including quartz veins, stockworks, and sulphide-hosted systems associated with strong alteration zones, reflecting the geological complexity and potential of the district.
Despite a long history of exploration and production, the Fox Complex remains relatively underexplored, with multiple prospective structural trends and targets identified across the property.
Recent results at Froome West have extended high-grade mineralization along strike and at depth, supporting potential mine life extensions and additional resource growth.
Exploration is closely integrated with development activities, including planned parallel drilling at Stock and other deposits to support future resource growth and production as mining advances.
At Grey Fox, active drilling has demonstrated strong continuity and expansion potential across multiple zones. Its 2026 exploration program is continuing with five drills operating and a $5.0 million budget.
In Q2 2026, exploration drilling focused on Whiskey Jack, Gibson and Grey Fox South, returning multiple high-grade intersections with the potential to expand the current Mineral Resource Estimate and extend the planned mine life beyond 2041. Highlight results include 97.7 gpt gold over 4.4 meters, 64.8 gpt gold over 3.3 meters and 32.5 gpt gold over 5.2 meters (true widths). At Grey Fox South, drilling also discovered a new mineralized zone approximately 850 meters southeast of the current Mineral Resource Estimate, highlighting the continued exploration potential across the project.
Continued exploration investment supports resource growth and conversion, reinforcing Grey Fox’s role as the primary long-term growth driver for the Fox Complex.
